Meet with Coach Rob

Every track & field athlete has goals. But not every family understands where they actually stand, which schools make sense, or what college coaches are really looking for.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve spent years building national rankings, analyzing recruiting trends across NCAA D1/D2/D3, and working with families who want straight, data-driven answers—not false hope.

Whether you need an honest evaluation or a complete plan, there’s a session designed for you.

1) The Recruiting Reality Check (45 Minutes) Price: $129

Walk away knowing exactly what’s realistic—and what isn’t—so you stop guessing and start moving with clarity.

Many families start here.

2) The School Match + Game Plan Session (90 Minutes) Price: $249

Testimonials

Anthony (Parent of NCAA D1 SEC Commit)

“Coach took the time to review the schools my daughter was interested in and gained a clear understanding of why she chose them. He was able to align her goals with potential opportunities, and even introduced her to other programs that might better meet her needs. I also appreciated how Coach Rob grouped the schools into three distinct categories, which really opened our eyes to options we hadn’t previously considered. He truly pointed us in the right direction. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience with him.”

Todd (Parent of NCAA D1 MAAC Commit)

Coach Rob understands the changing landscape of the NCAA. He is on top of the current climate in the collegiate track and field scene. His insight and knowledge is extremely personal. He is the pulse of recruiting that other formats lack. He helped our son considering his unique international student status and guided our family to recruiting success. He also informed him with a “realistic” prospect score rating. By keeping it real with us, we were able to get very real results from an affordable D1 program!

Gina (Parent of NCAA D2 Commit)

“You can tell the passion for what is done to get athletes into a right fit for them. What is suggested works. We have done other services and there is no personalization like you get with Coach Rob and SCA. We are thankful for his service.”

Ready to Get Started?

Choose your session and take the first step toward a smarter recruiting process.

AM I RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • I Coach Rob, am a track and field recruiting expert. I create national prospect rankings, offer video commentary, and advice on the recruiting process.

I answer the question “who goes where and why” in college track and field to help you make decisions that are best for you and your future.

  • I coach the recruiting process down to a simple system. There are 3 keys to my method. It is first about knowing clearly what you want in recruiting. Secondly I focus on identifying which types of schools are most likely to want to recruit you. The third key is to put you in position to get recruited by the right schools. The goal is always to focus on schools that offer what you want, and that coincidentally want you.

Athletes go under-recruited when they focus on schools that don’t prioritize recruiting them. As a result they not only fail to get recruited, but miss out on many other good college options at the same time.

  • I operate the most comprehensive track and field recruit ranking system. It rates all of the top athletes in their class, and keeps track of what schools they commit to. This combined with other resources made from my years of college coaching, recruiting knowledge, and data analysis, allow me to give insight on what schools are looking for.

My advice is designed to help you identify teams that want to recruit athletes like you, that fit what you are looking for.

  • My success rate working with students and families directly is 100 percent who received college offers. But in each of those cases I work closely with them to schedule meetings and conduct phone calls to assist with the recruiting process.

Advice given is always with the best intent. However, it is up to you as a student and family to make the decisions you believe are best for your recruitment.

  • I do not personally “get students” admitted to college. But I do offer resources to coach you through the entire process. College coaches want to hear from the athletes they want to recruit. I help you figure out who those coaches are, and how to engage with them. This allows you to have the right conversations as quickly as possible.

  • Any athlete who is serious about getting recruited is eligible to work with me. Nationally ranked recruits project as division 1 caliber prospects across the more than 200 track and field programs in D1.

However, unranked athletes may still find great recruiting options outside of division 1. Regardless of what is your best fit, I can help you identify schools that can offer it.

College is a family decision. As a result I request parental involvement through meetings with all students, unless you are a college aged transfer athlete. I do not conduct individual meetings with athletes who are not at least 16 years of age or older.

I primarily work with high school aged recruits and college transfers who are ready to contact coaches immediately.

  • Any athlete who is on a varsity level track team, or club team and serious about competing in college track and field can work with me. Athletes I have supported get recruited at the highest levels of D1, all the way through to D3 and NAIA. Please reach out to coachrob@scarecruiting.com directly, if you have questions or concerns.
